At Goats and Giggles by Goats Rock Ranch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products are fulfilled by our trusted partner Printful, and all returns are processed through their facility.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available)
4. Ship the item back using the provided return label

Return Conditions

• Free from damage not caused by manufacturing defects
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
